Nu-Style Door Company manufactures two styles of liner sectional garage door panels. The Ribline and Plateau panels with either a woodgrain or smooth finish in steel or stucco embossed aluminium. Custom made to size in a computerised rollforming line to any height or width to suit your requirements.

UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION

Nu-Style Ribline and Plateau garage door panels feature a 12mm overlap between sections which means not only are the joins concealed but also superior weather sheilding and draughtproofing qualities are achieved. This overlapping action also has an interlocking effect which reinforces the entire door laterally.

SUPERIOR STRENGTH

An inbuilt lateral strut, which ia an intergral part of each panel, is a design feature that gives the Nu-Style Ribline and Plateau garage door panel superior strength and rigidity enabling it to withstand the severist of conditions.

INSULATION OPTIONAL

Nu-Style Sectional Door panels can be insulated with 45mm of polystyrene with either a core flute or metal backing. Nu-Style Sectional Doors povide exellent insulation keeping your garage area warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

OPERATION

Whisper quiet and light as a feather. Nylon wheels mean no steel to steel contact for quiet, rattle free operation. Nu-Style sectional doors are ideally suited to automatic operation but can be opened manually with ease if so required.

Tilt Doors

Tilt doors are a cost effective choice of providing a quality and style to your garage. Tilting doors require minimal operating space, with a single, manual door only requiring 50mm headroom. The tilting door has small clearance requirements, with the ability to fit where other garage doors will not and are available in a wide choice of colours and cladding.

Roller Garage Doors

The roller door is designed with security, strength and durability in mind. Quality NZ produced steel is used along with quality components to ensure years of trouble free smooth operation. Roller doors open vertically maximising space and roll up into a drum above the door opening. They operate on a torsion spring which balances the weight enabling an easy gliding motion to roll up or down. Roller doors are available in Zincalume and in a range of COLORSTEEL® colours.

Maintenance

As your new garage door is exposed to the elements some care and attention is required to maintain its appearance. It is recommended that the outside of your sectional or roller garage door should be cleaned, (recommended once a month using water and soft car brush or sponge) taking care to also clean the area above the lintel and top of the roll on roller doors, particularly in coastal environments.

In addition, all moving parts ie. springs, hinges and rollers for doors should be sprayed with CRC every six months. At this time all tracks should be cleared free of dust and any residue build-up and also sprayed with Silicon.

Coating your garage door with the appropriate wax will assist the longevity and appearance of the materials. For timber garage doors, we recommend frequent staining and oiling to preserve their natural finish. Your Nu-Style garage door distributor will advise you fully on how to maintain your door and keep its good looks for many years to come.
